Our refund policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please provide us with the email address associated with your purchase so we can confirm the transaction and submit the refund. You can submit a ticket in our Discord server or you can email us at email@example.com. You will receive a response faster if you contact us through the Discord server.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. If you still don't see the refund, we ask that you contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by submitting a ticket in our Discord server. You will receive a response faster if you contact us through the Discord server.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or items purchased with a discount code cannot be refunded.
